Automatic Peeling Machine

General

This machine has three parts included. This section is also one of the most important steps in cashew processing industry.

(1) Peeling machine: need automatic feeding and peeling automatically. The effect depending on pre-processing skill-drying kernel processing, the more dried the peeling result better. Also the peeling time set more long, the peeling ratio higher but broken ratio also higher, opposite, the peeling time set shorter, the peeling ratio lower but the unbroken ratio lowlier. So also needs the operator test much time, then get the best record.

(2) Cashew kernel grading machine: running roller design, to separate the broken peeled kernel, whole kernel and un-peeled kernel after peeling machine by manual, this section needs about 2-3 workers, it is useful to improve peeling effect and save production time.

(3) 7.5kw air compressor, necessary equipment working with peeling machine, which supply the air pressure to the peeling machine to achieve peeling work.
