Technical parameter

The shelling ratio and unbroken ratio depending on the raw nuts quality and pre-processing skill, for example, if the raw nut is black color and external form is anomalous, then shelling ratio will reduced, also if steaming step and raw nuts drying step doing not enough, also can affect shelling ratio, if not do the raw nuts size grade step or the shelling blade adjust not good, can affect unbroken ratio. The processing need skill workers many times est then can gain the best processing skill to guarantee high shelling and unbroken rate.

Before shelling, the operators need to adjust the shelling blade to suit raw nuts difference then keep one blade gap to processing one grade size nut per batch. This step can make sure high shelling ratio and low broken ratio.
