General

Co-axial high-speed Disperser (Hydraulic Lifting) is a product with dispersing and scraping function developer based on single- shaft disperser. During dispersing process, scraper can rotate along the tank wall and generates a radial mixing flow. In addition, the PTEF scraper can scrape the materials on the tank off efficiently. It is good goring the materials with mid-and-high viscosity and thixotropic property. The finished products can be discharged completely and the tank is easy to clean.

[Application Materials] :  good for all kinds of slurries with viscosity less than 100,00cps, and  solid content less than 60%, such as emulsion paint, industrial paint, water-based ink, pesticide, aspersive and etc.

Working Principle

Through the high-speed rotation dispersing disc, the material will become in annular form flow, resulting in strong vortex flow, which descend down to the bottom of the vortex in spiral state, during the process, materials are dispersed, dissolved, mixed and emulsified efficiently due to the strong shearing crash and friction among the particles.

PTFE scraper rotates clinging to the tank wall to scrape the materials staying on the tank wall off and also enhances the materials circulation.

The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic cylinder ascend and descend, which drives the whole transmission, working set up and down.
