General

High-Shear Dispersing Emulsifier narrows the particle size of liquid-liquid and liquid-solid material through external mechanical force and distributes one phase materials into another phase or many other phase evenly to realize good homogenizing, dispersing and emulsifying result. As a result, the materials form a stable emulsion state. High-shear dispersing emulsifiers a batch type machine. The working head adopted new type of dual direction suction structure, and can have top, side and bottom installation position. The equipment can combined with different agitators like dispersing and missing, which realizing one machine has multi-functions. The equipment can adopted to wide range viscosity and temperature, and it is fit or working condition 100 mbar vacuum ex-proof (ATEX), and highest pressure 10bar.

High precision processing and long service life

The Stator and rotor are forging materials processed in CNC machining center. The clearance between the state and rotor to ensure excellent sheening result, higher emulsifying and dispersing efficiency. Also the Stator and rotor can be coated with Nano materials which can extend their service life.

Various installation ways

With compact structure, the machine can be fixed type (Mounted on Kettle) andlifting type (Pneumatic Lifting, Hydraulic Lifting.) Installation positions (to-, side and bottom) are chosen base on different working conditions.

Customized options

Different options are available such as explosion- Proftype close type, dual-shaft compound types, multi-tanks type, etc. arterial can be customized to be SS304/SS321/ SS316L.

Discharging way

Emulsified pot cover is lifted up and down through hydraulic/electric system. The finished products are discharged by following ways: Turn over the pot for discharging, pressurized the pot to discharge the materials from the bottom outlet with the help of the delivery pump. Choose the better way based on the materials property.

Temperature control

Using the electricity heating bar to heat the thermal medium inside the jacket to heat the materials. The heating temperature is settable and can be controlled automatically. It is also ok to input steam for heating and input cooling water to the jacket for cooling the materials down, easy to operate. Heat insulation layer is optional for the jacket.

Missing way

Homogenizer and blade agitator can be used separately or at the same theme. The micronization, emulsifying, mixing, dispersing of materials can be finished in a short time.
