High Shear Emulsifier (Vacuum Type)

General

High-Shear Emulsifier (Vacuum type) is no-standard designed and manufactured according to customers’s production processing. It is suitable for materials requiring for being emulsified and mixed under vacuum condition. Low-speed scraper is recommended to work together when emulsifying and missing materials with high viscosity. It can work together with inline high shear emulsifier to carry out dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing and missing processes. Following systems are optional according torequirement: Batching System, Discharging System, Cooling/Heating Temperature Control System, Vacuum System, Nitrogen Protection System, Condensation and Recovery System, PH Value On-line Measurement and Control System etc. it is with wide application range and the processes are controllable. It can be up to Sanitary Grade at request for mid batch or industrial production in industries such as medicine, food, cosmetic etc.

Product Advantage

Discharging way

Emulsified pot cover is lifted up and down through hydraulic/electric system. The finished products are discharged by following ways: Turn over the pot for discharging, pressurized the pot to discharge the materials from the bottom outlet with the help of the delivery pump. Choose the better way based on the materials property.

Temperature control

Using the electricity heating bar to heat the thermal medium inside the jacket to heat the materials. The heating temperature is settable and can be controlled automatically. It is also ok to input steam for heating and input cooling water to the jacket for cooling the materials down, easy to operate. Heat insulation layer is optional for the jacket.

Missing way

Homogenizer and blade agitator can be used separately or at the same theme. The micronization, emulsifying, mixing, dispersing of materials can be finished in a short time.
