Inline High Shear Emulsifier (Three Stages)

General

Inline high-shear Emulsifier is a continuous production type emulsifier with high efficiency. It processes materials in continuous production or circulation of fine materials. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. It narrows the particle size of liquid-liquid and liquid-solid materials through external mechanical force and distribute one phase materials into another phase or may other phases evenly to realize good homogenizing, dispersing and emulsifying result. As a result, the materials become stable emulsion. It can be equipped with materials transfer pump in front of it to make it suitable for materials with mid-and-high viscosity. The materials are thoroughly dispersed and sheared after going through it. It is characterized in low noise and stable running, short transfer distance and low head.

With linear velocity over 20m/s. it can distribute one phase materials into another phase or may other phase evenly in a short period to obtain excellent homogenizing, dispersing emulsifying result. The finished products are with stable quality and not easy to be laminated.

High precision processing

The Stator and rotor are forging materials processed in CNC machining center. The clearance between the state and rotor is very small to get good shearing result, high emulsifying and dispersing efficiency. And the stator and rotor also can be coated with Nano materials to extend their service life.

Customized options

Material can be customized to be SS304/SS321/SS316L or non-conventional materials such as titanium alloy etc. according to requirements.
