Lab Powerful Double Planetary Mixer is new nad high efficien mixing equipemtn designed for universities, resrarch institute and factory lab. The machine consists of lwo speed agototor an high speed dispersier, has godd mixing, reacting kneading, idssolution effect, especially  suitable for the dipersing and mixing of solid-liquied, liquid-liquid phase; it sis quite fit for high viscosity product such as adhesives, silivone, Lithium ahttery slury etc. e to its supr strong outpout torque ; the equipemtn has scraper which can scrape the bottor of the tank without corner or residue; also there are exrusion device and sliding rail to work together with this machine, so that realizing the intergrted operation of mixing and discharging.

The dual planetaray mixer has two ets fo agitortor and a set fo high speed dispersing shaft revolving around the containner axle ansd at the same time rotationgn athgih speed. So than the mateials are mixed. Rapidly. Under th e action fo strong shearing and kenadin force. Various agitotors (blade type, twist type, claw type, frame type etc) are in option base on amatierals with diferent vicosity and different specific gravity. 

Safe and convenient operation

Adopt hydaulic cylinde as lifting actuators. Control the mixer up, stor pand down through controling the valve, simple operation with high stablility; with  barrel holding device for fixing the tank rapidly to prevent any possible accident due to tank displanment. There is sliding rail device tetewn the mixing and extrading tank, concnient forr movitng thanks, ralizing th integrrated operation of ming ad dischraging.

No residue on the wall, clean discharging

There is scraper on the planetary frame rotationg together with the planetary frame, it clings to the container and scrape the material on the wall off continuously. The container inner wall is precisely lathed and then mirror polished to ensure the scraper can scrape all materials sticking to th wall off without residue, inreasing th mixing effect.

Different options are available such as explosion- proof type, closed type, heating type, woti PLC interlligent control type etc. Material can be customized to be SS316L or special Spraying materials.

Working Principle

Lab Dual Planetary Mixer counsists of decelarator, planetary frame, agitator , disperser, scraper, continer, hydraoulic lifting system as well as stand etc.. The rotating planetary frame drives the mixing and dispersing shafts to revolve around the container axial directoin and also to ratete at a hig – speed at same time to put the materials under storn shearing and kneading force, so the materials are dispersed and mixed thoroughly. The scraper attached to the planetar frame rotates tgether with the planeary frame. It clings to the container wall and scrape the materials off the wall continuously. The container inner wall is precisely lathed and then mirror polished to ensure the scraper cann scrape all merials sticking to the wall off without residue, increasing themsxing effect. The tank filled with msisxed rieal will  moved to extrusion system tyrogh sliding rails for finishing disharging process.
