Lab Horizontal Brads Mill-A is a Nano Grade liquid grindign machine with high performance for labs of collages, reserrch instituttes and factories. It is application fro liquid materials with low and mid viscosity. The machine is qquipped with a dosing pump with adjustable flowrate basd on different materials to obtain the optimized result. The whole machine is controlled wit PLC to realize real time monotor and prtection fo materials tempeature, materials pressure and current etc. And it is also can check the malfuntion history to make it eas for repair and maintennce. Adopt tyny zirconium beads as the grinding medium and the machaine is chracterzed in high grinding effiency, good grinding result, wide application and strong anti-abrasivenss. It is one of the most widely used lab grinding machine in the market.

High efficiency, good final fineness

The rotation zirconium rods with strong force drives the griding meduim ginding chambeer to carry out irregular movemnts in all direction to put the materials under the action of constant collision and frictin YSZ Zirconium Beads with dia. 0.2-10mm are optional. Normally the mterials can be ground down to 1 micron and some can even down to Nno-grade.

Easy operation and interliigent control

The equipment is with Invreter so ti can control the start and speed regulation fo the machine directly.

The materials shall be charged to the popper maually. Because fo the machine is with sef-circulation function, so it can finish grinding process itself after you start the materials the finished products shall be discharged from the outlet of the grinding chamber bottom.

Low temperature increase, stable finished products

The tank and grinding chamber is with cooling jacket, tInput cooling water into the jacket when ruuing to have good cooling result, normally the temperature increase will be within 10 degree C.

Long life-times without metal pollution 

The entire grinding chanmber is made of zirconia which reduces the consumption of the component, extend the service life nd reduce pollution to the matyerial. It can b used in products whick are sensitive to metal irons.
