High efficiency, good final fineness

The rotation zirconium rods with strong force drives the griding meduim ginding chambeer to carry out irregular movemnts in all direction to put the materials under the action of constant collision and frictin YSZ Zirconium Beads with dia. 0.2-10mm are optional. Normally the mterials can be ground down to 1 micron and some can even down to Nno-grade.

Easy operation and interliigent control

The equipment is with Invreter so ti can control the start and speed regulation fo the machine directly.

The materials shall be charged to the popper maually. Because fo the machine is with sef-circulation function, so it can finish grinding process itself after you start the materials the finished products shall be discharged from the outlet of the grinding chamber bottom.

Low temperature rise, stable products

Batching hoppter and grinding cylinder are with cooling jackets. Cold wter are injected into them during oeration so that temperatur rise si normally less than 10 degree C.

Long life-times without metal pollution 

The entire grinding chanmber is made of zirconia which reduces the consumption of the component, extend the service life nd reduce pollution to the matyerial. It can b used in products whick are sensitive to metal irons.
