Mixer mounted on kettle is functioning in stirring sand mixing of liquid-liquid and liquid-powered  for the mass production product, and it can be supplemented by dispersing, emulsifying, heating and cooling functions to meet the needs of different production process. The machine can be used continuously for long period, stable operation and low noise, easy operating, strong adaptation, it is ideal equipment for multi- function as mixing  and dispersing.

Configuration of high speed simpering and emulsifying, meeting more demands, improving tie cost performance

According to the requirement, the kettle can be equipped with 1 or 2 high speed disperser or emulsifier. The highest rotation speed of the disperser emulsifying equipment reached to 2930rpm (regular1450rpm), the linear velocity is up to 20m/s, which quickly spread the orderevenly to the liquid. Nader the extremely highsheer force, the materials uniform dispersion, thus formsa good suspension effect.

Convenient maintenance and clean Using hexagon socket screw to fix with main shaft, the dispersing disc is convenient to disassemble and charge rapist, and easy clean, use screw to fix the agitator and main shaft, easy move and disassemble.

Various Installation ways

With compact structure, the machine can be floor type and platform type. Tank working with the mixer can be removable type or fixed type.

Customizes Options

Different options are available such as explosion- proof type, closed type, multi-tanks tie, with lifting core type. Co-axial type/dual-shaft type mounted on kettle type etc. Material can be customized to be SS304/SS321/SS316L.
