Platform type High-speed Disperser (Hydraulic Lifting) is for dispersing and mixing materials with mass production.with inverter various speed control, cand be used continuously for a long time, stable operation and low noise. The dispersing disc is easy to be dissassembled. Dispersing discs with different sizes  and different  deesign can be designed accoding to the production technology. The dispersing set is fized on the kettle and can move up and down within certain range. It is and ideal machine for dispersing and mixing. It is also can be customized to be mounted on kettle type.

The max rotation speed can be up to 2930rpm (For bigger power, 1450rpm), linear velocity is over 20m/s, it can rapidly disperse the powder in the liquid evenly. Due to its high shear forces. The material will be uniformly dispersed and formed a goo suspension effect. Due to the strong shearing force. The materials are dispersed evenly and form good suspension effect.

Taking the hyraulic cylinder as the ilfitng actuator, the dispersing disc and work in different working  to  obtain finished production with good uniformity. Different dispersing discs are optional for different production technology to optimize the dispersing effect.

Easy to clean and to maintain

The dispering  disc is fixed to the main shaft with Hexagon socket-=head cap screws, which can be  disassembled and exchanged quickly easy to clean.

Customized Option

Different options are available such as explosion- proof type, closed type, with scrape type, etc. Material can be customized to be SS304/SS321/ SS316L.

Working Principle

Through the high-speed rotation dispersing disc, the material will become in annular form flow, resulting in strong vortex flow, which descend down to the bottom of the vortex in spiral state, during the process, materials are dispersed, dissolved, mixed and emulsified efficiently due to the strong shearing crash and friction among the particles.

The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic cylinder ascend and descend, which drives t5he whole transmission and workin set up and down.
