General

Powerful double Planetary Mixwer is a new mixing machine with high performance, high efficencey, easy to claes nad to maintain, which isinnovated and imroved based on dual planetary mixer. The Double gitotors of this equipment rotate and at the same time revolve aroundthe axle, the agitators are divided by the viscosity and characteristics of the material, usually include paddle type, twist type, claw type, frame type etc,. have good mixing, reacting, keading, dissolving effect. The high- speed disperser consists of multi-layer toothed disc with super high linear speed, it also rotates and at the same time revolve around the axle, with storng dispersing effect so that can diperse te powder (additive) in the liquid rapidly. The mixer is equipped with a separate set of scraper to scrape the sides of the barrel and the mixing paddle can be added a scraper as well , so that it can scrape e bottom of the barrel and avoid dead corner to ensure the stability of the product. Double Planetary mixer adopts planetary gear wheel drive, there is a large output torque, suitable for high temperature, high solids, high viscosity, and other difficult working conditions. This equipment is closed design, can be used with a vacuum system to realize vacuum mixing, mising bucket can b designed with a heating jaket, matching mold temperature controller, to realize thermostatic mixing furntion, it’s the first choice of mixing equipment for the high-viscosity materials.

No residue on the wall, clean discharging

There is scrager on the planetary frame rotationg together with the planetary frame, it clings to the container and scrape the material on the wall off continuously. The container inner wall is precisely lathed and then mirror polished to ensure the scraper can scrape all materials sticking to th wall off without residue. The blades can also be equipped with scraper for scraping the materials at bottom to ensure without misin dead dconrner and excellent mising result. Finished products with stable quality is ensured.

Customizes Options

Different options are available such as explosion- proof type, closed type, multi-tanks tie, with lifting core type. Co-axial type/dual-shaft type mounted on kettle type etc. Material can be customized to be SS316L or special Spraying materials.

Working Principle

Double Planetary Mixer counsists of decelarator, planetay frame, agitator , disperser, scraper, continer, hydraoulic lifting system as well as stand etc.. The rotating planetary frame drives the mixing and dispersing shafts to revolve around the container axial directoin and also to ratete at a hig – speed at same time to put the materials under storn shearing and kneading force, so the materials are dispersed and mixed thoroughly. The scraper attached to the planetar frame rotates tgether with the planeary frame. It clings to the container wall and scrape the materials off the wall continuously. The container inner wall is precisely lathed and then mirror polished to ensure the scraper cann scrape all merials sticking to the wall off without rsidue. The blades can asso be equipped with scraper can scrape all materials sticking to the wall off without residee.
