Single screw extruder

The single-screw pellet food extruder is designed in bigger capacity for pellet food. It can not only produce the 2d pellet food but also the 3d pellet by using wheat flour, potato starch, potato powder, and cassava starch. Such pellet food can be in various shapes, such as screw, shell, stick, chip, square tube, round tube, bugles, racket, ball, fish, etc. After fried, all these pellets will expand in a few times bigger and very crispy. 

Characteristics of single screw extruder

1. Feeding, main driving device, and rotary cutting device adopt inverter to adjust the speed with more powerful drive, stable running, and low consumption.
2. The barrel is allocated with six temperature control and automatic cooling device for accuracy.
3. Hanging mould and knife seat can increase the speed of replacing mould and knife.
4. Double-screw forcibly feeding and photoelectric sensor tracking can feed equally.
5. Pre-conditioner can make better products with high quality.
