With the development of food industry, a compact and smaller quick freezer which is new, efficient and energy efficient – a spiral freezer becomes the first choose for food companies

The freezing time can be adjusted from 20 min to 90 min. The freezing capacity is related to the characteristic of the frozen food, such as the shape, the bulk, water content, physics and chemical property and so on.

Spiral Freezer Application:

The equipment is applicable for frozen prepared foods, little package foods , intersected meats , ice creams etc. It is also applicable for freezing pasta, spring rolls, sea foods, fried goods, fruit and other vegetables which is hard to freeze by IQF.

Spiral Freezer Main Feature:

1. Small footprint, simple operation, easy cleaning and maintenance.
2. Stainless steel insulated panel filled with PU foam, 120mm thickness. The insulated floor are 225mm thickness, is welded seamlessly. No leaking and sinking.
3. Conveyor belt is made up with special high strength SUS304 spiral mesh. High frequency induction heater is used for rod heather forming. Running smoother and lasting longer.
4. Aluminum alloy evaporator. Aluminum pipes and fins are densely designed for good heat exchange.
5. SUS 304 electric control box, It can be controlled by relay. PLC or touch screen.
6. Safety device: conveyor belt turn over inductor, belt induction regular, emergency switch
