Tri-shaft Multi-Functional Strong Power Dispersing Mixer is powerful dispersing and mixing machine, its regular model is Dual High-speed Dispersing mixer together with anchor type mixer with spare, has super strong shearing effect and super high mixing efficiency. This machine is specially suitable for mix-and high viscosity material and thixotropic material; there is a set of high speed as persion agitator can be replaces by the mid- speed agitator, and spiral type, paddle type, frame type mixing pattern are optional, Beast agitator type are chose based on material property and production technology.

Product Advantage

Tri-shaft Multi-functional Strong Power Dispersing Mixer consists of the agitator with scraper and two sets of high (middle) speed dispersing mixer, the three sets of agitators working at the same time to have them materials mixed rapidly under the action of strong shearing and kneading force. Various agitators (usually anchor type, butterfly type etc.) are in option based on materials with different viscosity and different specific gravity and different production technology.

Safe and convenient operation

Adeptly drably cylinder as lifting actuators. Control the mixer u, stop and down through controlling the valve, simple operation with thigh stability; with bolt fix in the agitator and the main shaft, easy to disassemble and clean, different clamping mode (belt clamping, manual rotation clamping, and pneumatic clamping), an fix the mixing tank rapidly to prevent any possible accident due to displacement.

No residue on the wall, clean discharging

There is scraper on the agitator, it clings to the container and scrape the materials on the wall off continuously. The container inner wall is precisely lathed and then mirror polished to ensure the scraper can scrape all materials sticking to the wall of without residue, improving the mixing effect.

Customizes Options

Different options are available such as explosion- proof type, lifting type. Multi-tanks type, mounted on kettle type, etc. Material can be customized to be SS316L.or special spraying materials.
