Biofertilizer Plants & Machines

Proveg Engineering manufactures biofertilizer granulation machines and complete production plants for converting compost, press mud and poultry or animal manure into uniform, storage-ready granules.

Complete Biofertilizer Plant Solutions

A commercial biofertilizer project needs more than a granulator. Proveg configures the production flow around your raw material, whether that is compost, press mud or poultry/animal manure, along with target capacity and the finished-granule specification required. A complete line may include crushing, mixing, granulation, drying, cooling, screening, coating and packing equipment.

Why choose Proveg biofertilizer machinery?

  • Plant configuration built around compost, press mud and poultry/animal manure as the primary feedstock
  • Machinery scaled from small commercial units to industrial-capacity plants
  • Equipment built for straightforward operation and maintenance on the shop floor
  • Installation, commissioning and operator support handled end-to-end
  • Granule specification and coating options matched to the finished-product requirement

Biofertilizer Production Process

01

Raw-material preparation

Compost, press mud and poultry or animal manure are crushed and blended with bio-culture and additives into a uniform mix.

02

Granulation

The prepared mix is formed into uniform granules using a disc or rotary-drum granulator, selected to match capacity and granule size.

03

Drying and cooling

Granules pass through a rotary dryer and rotary cooler to bring moisture and temperature down to stable, storage-ready levels.

04

Screening, coating and packing

Granules are graded by size, coated where the application calls for it, then weighed and bagged for storage or dispatch.

Feedstocks evaluated for biofertilizer production

Proveg evaluates compost, press mud and poultry or animal manure. The recommended equipment depends on actual moisture, bulk density, particle size, contamination and the required granule quality and coating.

Biofertilizer Plant FAQs

What raw materials does the line handle?

Compost, press mud and poultry or animal manure are the primary inputs. Equipment is selected around whichever of these, or a blend, you are working with.

What is included in a complete production line?

Crushing, mixing, granulation, drying, cooling, screening, coating and packing, configured around your raw material and the finished-product spec you need.

How is the correct capacity selected?

Capacity comes down to how much compost, press mud or manure you can reliably supply, your operating hours, and the granule size and moisture spec you are targeting.
